Cardstock

Scissors
Ribbon/trim
Postage edge punch or deco-scissors
lip balm
Double sided tape
Hot Glue
Directions:
Die cut a rectangle, oval or fancy label from cardstock. Stamp on it if desired. Fold up edges so you have a 1/2" space in the center to adhere a lip balm tube to. Add handles and decorate if desired.
